I have to give a shout out to Red Rooster this week, as excellence must be acknowledged.Went for dinner. Ordered through the drive through but the lady said there would be a 10minute wait, so we decided to dine in and wait inside.The 4 of us got different chicken types and we all shared pieces of each others. They were just cooked, piping hot, delicious flavors, yummy chips.The best experience I have had at a Red Rooster, great food, the lady who took our order and then looked after us once we were in store, very friendly and professional, it was a pleasant surprise considering it’s a fast food restaurant.We left feeling sated in both body and mind. Awesome job for the staff on that night.

The negatives of the in store experience included poor overall condition of the toilet & dining area and an excessive wait time.There was poor lighting when entering the toilet and no hand sanitiser. The toilet area is run down, outdated and no regular cleaning is evident.Cleaning of the dining area was also neglected with visible signs of food scraps on some tables.Our order was placed online via the App, prior to arriving. Unfortunately, even ordering ahead didn’t prevent an excessive wait time and some confusion over the order.The food was fresh and enjoyable. The salads fresh, chicken hot and roast potatoes crunchy.

I Oder it red hot and spicy fry chicken but I get just mild ,it not fear,I did call in store but they don’t care and talk like very very rude behaviour ,u guys have need to learn first how handle costumer,I got very bad experience.I will never Oder from this red roster.
