Place has a great atmosphere to it. Love the oyster they served. The scotch fillet I had was a bit on the chewy side but it was still a delightful steak. The condiments perfectly compliments the meat. We got the Brussels sprouts, was delicious however it did get quiet salty towards the end. Overall, a great place to dine or for a date.

Perfect 10/10. We walked in on a Monday evening with no reservation, we were seated at the beautiful bar area and were served our drinks straight away. The server was so lovely and she explained the menu with her suggestions. Our steaks came out perfectly cooked medium-rare (on the rarer side). They were delicious and so were the starters and sides. Another great experience here, I can’t wait to come back.

Amazing building! Fantastic steak! Wood fire grilled dry aged beef that are not burnt completely black, which many other steak restaurants cannot achieve. Price is reasonable considering the high quality food you are getting! Must go if visiting Sydney! Highly recommended!

We had kingfish, bone marrow and oysters for entre and they were all so delicious. Kingfish and oysters were so fresh, especially the oysters!!! I think these were the freshest we’ve had. Unfortunately my kingfish had a bone in it 🙁 almost swallowed it cuz of course I didn’t expect it!I was a little let down for the mains though – we had John Dory and steak (Chuck Roll) and the fish in my opinion was a little too salty, but my partner enjoyed it very much. The steak was cooked to rare I think.. we asked for medium rare xD my jaws still hurt from chewing you know? My square face gonna get more square! Potato puree was good! The best part was that the staff come around to offer a selection of sauces for the steak and as a sauce-lover I couldn’t ask for a better service!Nat was the lovely lady who served us tonight and she made me forget about the slight disappointment I felt – she was so friendly and genuine but she wasn’t like full in your face cracking bad jokes kinda thing you know? It’s so hard to explain but hands down the best service I’ve had ever. I can say that she is the reason why this review is a 5 star 🙂 Our water glasses were never empty and we were given a delicious cupcake to congratulate our anniversary celebration. Yeah, it was delicious.

I used the Bligh Private Dining Room for a party and was so impressed with the food and the level of customer service. Dealing with Nicolette (reservations) and Adam Deoliya was so easy – Catalina, Adam and his team were very friendly and professional which made the whole night relaxing and smooth. The Scallops were out of this world, and the Potato Gratin was delicious. It was a total pleasure to dine at your establishment.

The staff and the aesthetics of the venue were amazing. I wish I could say the same about the food. The calamari was very chewy, perhaps undercooked The rest of the food was average. All in all a bit underwhelming and grossly overpriced.

Had dinner here. Shared two cuts from their exclusive beef range. Added a sides of mushy peas and the calamari starter. I liked that they helped portion out everything once they knew we were sharing. Overall a great meal!
