Great spot. Nicely refurbished and has a very nice theme.Staff very friendly and helpful. Trying out new digital ordering via QR code on the table taking you to an app. Will be good once the bugs worked out.Lot of tables would be empty against the windows with the sun beating in. Maybe some umbrellas or blinds would be useful.Coffee was spot on. Very nice.Food serves were huge. (Probably a bit big!) I had the Pavilion breakfast. Avo on toast comes with a poached egg which was good as well.What keeps this from being a 5 star review was the toilets. There is something wrong in there as they reek. They were clean – I think it may be the age or something else wrong with it. Actually turned me off eating.Well done turning this spot into a great breaky location.

Have been twice in the last few weeks. Staff are consistent, refreshingly friendly and seem to really enjoy being there. Food was yummy. Small menu but means things on offer are done well. Amazing view. Toilets need an upgrade.. but otherwise a great place 😊

One of the most beautiful spots to dine in Townsville – probably the best if you have a dog and/or a young kid as they are welcome and kids can play in the park while you relax on the deck. Both the salmon and kids fish and chips were great quality and sustainable!!

On holidays in Townsville with my partner. She has family up here as do I although it was the mid 80’s since last here for me. My partner decided to take me to see the rockpool while there we decided to grab a bite to eat my partner had the beach burger I had the half kilo of prawns washed down with a Corona. There was a little bit of miscommunication and they forgot to bring out my prawns at or near the same time as her burger no biggie we’re on holidays.They comped us the drinks for their error. Meals and view unbeatable.Prawns where fresh and her burger was huge if your not a big eater might pay to be aware of this again no drama I ate what she couldn’t lol

Turned up with a large crowd at a bad time and still received impeccable service. Atlantic salmon was delicious with beautiful side of chilli/lime coriander. Have not tried that combo before and really enjoyed it. Wine recommendation impressed even the non-drinkers at the table. The food is absolutely yummy, if I could give 10 stars I totally would. Also the staffs are very friendly &’ seems like they love doing what they do. Well done guys. I will definitely be back for more Pickled Octopus.
