We ordered loaded schnitzel & chips then told after waiting they had no gravy did we want sauce instead..also ordered pork schnitzel & chips the schnitzel top was missing half the coating and bottom burned to a crisp.We were seated to a dirty table and had to ask the staff to wipe it for us.. when the food arrived we were supplied 1 knife and fork then after asking the staff went out back and came back with 1 steel knife and a plastic disposable fork… seriously.We will not be eating here ever again what a total waste of money.

Not recommend at all!Today I was there with my family for lunch,first of all we were waiting for food ages, and finally when we got it,it was really disappointing, chicken schnitzel was raw, oily and it come in few pieces, looks like someone’s leftover, and chips was soggy, and chicken wrap was with burnt chicken,Just waste our time and money and no one of us didn’t had good meal

Nice food and fairly priced. Seating is a bit hit and miss due to covid and we got asked to move from our table to make room for a bigger family. Interesting how you only get to choose a seat after you’ve ordered and paid for your meal. Given how busy this venue is it is fraught with risk if you’ve ordered and paid but then there’s no where to sit. They ended up putting us in the walkway where if l knew this was going to be my seat l would’ve gone elsewhere as l suffer PTSD and specifically chose our seat as l don’t like my back exposed to the public. Again they make sure they get your money first so you’re locked in. Maybe better to visit this venue after the covid restrictions.

I ordered the wrap and the lady gave me burger instead. The veggie patty us burned. The store was busy and staff was unable to manage orders. Poor service.
