Beautiful and quiet on the beach and the views are to die for. Unfortunately the meals can’t say the same. The schnitzel is over cooked and the crumbed steak is deep fried by smell of things and tastes weird. The cops and gravy are to die for, the flavour and heat wonderful. Not to bad I suppose for a pub meal. It is what it is. Cheers big ears

We had lunch here and were very impressed with the crumbed steaks! $13.90 for a crumbed steak including chips, salad and choice of sauce. Large portion sizes and very quick service! Super impressed and what an amazing location on the strand!

Terrible experience. Took the family out looking for a nice meal. We were one of the first to order, waited an hour then went to check how long the meals would be. Two had been sitting on the counter long enough to go cold. We were told it wont be long for the other three but to take the buzzer. Another 15 minutes went by, other meals now finished and we find our steaks had now been sitting for 10 minutes. Chicken wings and wedges for our daughter still hadnt been started. We both ordered medium rare steaks and as per the picture the cow could still moo. The meals were cold and the staff still somehow made it our fault for not checking more often even though they use a buzzer system. Poor form Seaview, we will not be back.

My favourite place in Townsville. Great new Reno’s.. 👌 Came in to watch the footy, and indulged in a big bowl of wedges. The back of house really know how to please the people. Spot on with the ratio 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed to spend my money here,Service was unfriendly and food was very ordinary.Girl taking food orders took a phone call whilst receiving our payment, couldn’t even acknowledge us when we said thanks .Had pork bites, tasted like a complete bottle of soy sauce was thrown in.Chicken parmigiana was nothing to rate either.Hard to recommend when there are so many other options near by.

Great views and service was nice enough. Food was terrible. I see why it came out so quickly when it was very busy. The food was only half cooked. Have had better food off the ground in Bali.

Nice place, a lot bigger than it looks from the outside.Food came out surprisingly faster than I expected it would considering how many people were there, although maybe we were lucky and got our orders in at a good time.I have seen a few reviews on here saying staff are rude or unhelpful, but I have to disagree, the staff we dealt with were all nice. I’m gluten free and also on a low fodmap diet so can’t have onion or galic and the staff were happy to help out with this and made sure the meal was suitable to my needs.The day we were there they had an acoustic guitarist playing in the background. I’m not sure if this is something that happens everyday or a one off, but he was very good and really added to the atmosphere.We had a nice breeze coming in off the ocean which meant we were very comfortable. Unfortunately we had things to do so couldn’t stay too long, but otherwise I could easily see myself staying there for many hours, sitting back and relaxing.
