Absolutely exceptional service!! Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about all the elements of each dish. He gave helpful suggestions at the start and came back often to check on us throughout the night after each dish. Great atmosphere and all the staff were very professional and were attentive to ensuring you have a positive experience. Small portions but each portion is well made with complimentary flavours. Would highly recommend going here at least once to experience for yourself. Probably the best restaurant in Southbank.

One of our favourite restaurants. Lovely food at a very reasonable price. We had the five course option for $99. Wine pairing is available. All food was well presented and delicious. Staff were excellent and provided good explanations of each dish.

Firstly, the food is here is excellent. Seasonal, fresh and cooked perfectly.The let down is the service or lack thereof. More training is definitely needed.After being seated, it took another 15+ minutes to place an order.Ordering the Signature Experience, each dish were placed in front of us with no explanation/description of what the dish was. No additional requests for drinks were asked of us either.The lavish dining room and it’s surrounds are matched by the food coming out of the kitchen but the service is severely lacking.

Signature- ticks all the boxes.This restaurant has it all- wonderful decor within architecturally designed hotel, comfortable seating, amazing inventive food and attentive service. It was difficult to pick a favourite from the bug entree, Wagyu main and the desserts. The deconstructed tiramisu only just beat the rhubarb and strawberry crumble and not to forget the most comprehensive wine list. We were looked after very well by Claire who could not have done more. The restaurant also features a fantastic blown glass light feature- too many terrific things to mention.

What a delight this restaurant turned out to be! The staff were professional, friendly and attentive with some lovely extra touches added for our special occasion on the night. The food, (5 course degustation), was well prepared, flavoursome and innovative. We will certainly return.
