Seafood is a bit so-so 👋🏼 I am a big fan of Oysters, but I couldn’t taste the freshness of the oysters from this restaurant. It is also a smaller size which I don’t like.The “Coconut Crumbed Prawns” were decent, though I do not consider it as Main Seafood as it felt like it was an Entree.“Prawn Spring Rolls” were a bit dry and is on the saltier side.We tried the infamous “Chowder” and it was beautiful, hence the 3⭐️ We also enjoyed the salads that came with the dish.We paid roughly $100 for all the meals. I thought it was a bit expensive considering the quality and quantity of the food, but considering that it is on the higher end restaurant, I guess it is only appropriate.

Wonderful chill atmosphere with ocean views, really happy and professional staff but let me tell you about the fish and chips!! Ok it’s probably the most crispy and the freshest, the tastiest fish and chips I’ve had!! If you are standing out the front the answer is a hard yes, come in and try it!

The staff very friendly and good service . Food was ok but the fish unfortunately was dry and I couldn’t taste the “macadamia lemon myrtle” and it wasn’t cheap (35$) Tacos was good but only two tacos for an adult meal without salad/chips. Overpriced/amount. Mango juice ok.

My sister In Law and I were looking forward to a lovely lunch on the esplanade on Saturday 06/08 so thought we would go to Splash, as she had previously been there ages ago and enjoyed the meal. We had entrée of 3 dips and baget, then entrée servings of Chilly calamari and I ordered the Pork Belly bites. As you can see from the photos, not exactly what we expected sadly. I struggled through mine but couldn’t eat it as was so dry and tough, and thought the dips would be suffice, but sadly they were lack luster also – not enjoyable so didn’t finish those either. I did mention the meal upon collection of our plates, as staff could see I didn’t eat my meal and the Pork was taken off the bill, and the staff apologized. As a local, I must say, was quite disappointed in the quality of the meals for my visit. On a positive, the staff are lovely, polite and the view is nice and relaxing.

Great attentive staff and good variety of seafood dishes. No pork, chicken, beef options just seafood and how it’s matched with sauces and sides is at first unexpected but when eaten brilliant.

Pasta was a little bland, and seafood overcooked. However the seafood chowder was very good.Staff were ok, tried to charge us $15 for a Chardonnay when we ordered the $8 house white, and forgot to place our order for bruchetta. May Need a little more training.
