Got the Best of Bavaria set menu and it didn’t disappoint. Haus-made pretzel, pork belly, pork knuckle, sausages schnity, sauerkraut and mash and the kids loved the apple strudel and ice cream to finish. Service was really fast and the team were friendly, great setting and really quiet on a Saturday for lunch. Only thing that could have made it better was the jug of soft drink was all ice and no drink, but the rest was spot on.

Casual alfresco dining with sea breezes and laid back atmosphere. Great selection of German beers in 500ml and 1lt options. The salad was intresting and ticked the German restaurant essential. Added to pork belly on the side and my meal was complete.Table orders through an app which didn’t work but service staff were happy to take my order from the counter. There was a bit of a wait for food to come to the table but overall, a nice experience.

Yum. I had a chicken schnitzel. It was spicier than I expected. Was delicious! I couldn’t eat the jalapeno aoli was just to hot for me but I didn’t need it anyway. The slaw was yummy and the potato jems were cooked perfect. The chips had by others on the table looked good too.Staff were friendly. The ordering system via QR code was great. Food came out quick.A rare 5 stars from me.

Absolutely wonderful venue, staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. In specially Tati who accommodate us to a seating of our preference. There is an outdoor and indoor seating option, with stunning views of the canal. Food came out super fast, fresh, delicious and plentiful. We ordered pretzels, potato gems, pork knuckle, mashed potatoes and red sauerkraut, all of which were delicious and hot. The Bavarian at Sunshine Plaza was absolutely worth the visit, and we’d love to return soon.

Every time we go to sunshine coast, this is our go to place! We decided to drive up here and spent the Father’s Day lunch. It was delicious, was worth the wait! Highly recommend the pork crackling! Lovely service, Vicky and the other ladies were wonderful. Had a chips on the house cos we’ve got kids. That service alone tells you they are looking after you esp when you’ve got kids 😁 Food, drinks, service, ambience were all good! Had a bit of wait but worth it 👌👌👌

Walking into the restaurant it looked kind of promising. Unfortunately that was as good as it got. We ordered via the phone app. I do not recommend this very painful experience. You get the privilege of paying a fee for ordering your own food.There is no German music or authentic German beer. Where is the Bavarian experience? Answer: None that we could see.After waiting half an hour after ordering and paying, my food had still not arrived. We asked a server to check on my order and it came another 15 minutes later. The sausage was about half the size of that shown on the menu picture and my wilted greens ended up being mostly peas. If I wanted peas, I would have ordered peas. The chicken was dry and the potato salad was sour and inedible. My mash never arrived.We will not be returning. I feel ripped off. Note to management: I suggest you invest my money well, because you will not see any more in the future.
