Stopped in early morning, about an hour after opening for a coffee and a cake. Great tasting coffee and lots of food options. I did find the service lacking a little because I was left at the counter waiting to order with out acknowledgement while the staff fiddled about.A simple smile and “I’ll be right with you” could’ve got you a 5 star rating.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have been served twice by the same Man with dark hair who wears a chunky necklace. Each time he has been so disinterested and rude when taking my order. It’s as if he doesn’t want to be there and could care less about the customers waiting to be served. He just plonked my coffee down on the counter without even so much as a smile and then he didn’t even acknowledge that it was mine. He just turned his back and walked towards the kitchen area to chat with another staff member. I also witnessed him do this to the customers before me. I’m sure this could be a nice cafe, but when you have someone so unprofessional as the face of your business you are doing it such a disservice. I won’t ever be back.

The coffee here is so good but the FNG (Fruit, Nut, Grain) bar is awesome, I absolutely love this healthy treat.Great customer service.

Service was very disappointing. Server came across as uninterested and rude. Order was not filled as requested. Coffee was not the best and even the tea tasted wrong. Tables were left dirty with empty takeaway cups and sticky residue.

$6.30 for a small almond latte. Very average quality. My fault for paying and expecting more. Won’t happen again.
