The online booking was easy however the meals were simply not. After trying to order our meals we were told that not one but two mains were not available then 25 mins later we were told another one wasn’t either. The entree and kids meal were burnt and not what we ordered. Then two of the main meals were cold and full of batter not squid. I will not be visiting again.

Had meal at this place. My worst experience of customer service and dinning. Put me off forever! My family member is insulin resistant. I asked which oil was grilled chicken cooked in as that seemed the ONLY option. The young girl at reception was v condensending, rolled eyes. I wanted to find meal which was cooked not cooked in seed or vegetable oil and fit to consume. I had asked to take off chips from grilled chicken meal. That meal was most expensive on menu. I asked to Replace chips with vegetables instead. This whole transaction her body language, gestures were demeaning and rude. I wanted to comment but didn’t…When food arrived it was the MOST TINNIEST PIECE IF GRILLED CHICKEN AND HANDFUL OF GREEN LEAVES!!! I PAID $30 for that unpleasant plate!! All other members on table had nice beautiful looking filling good food EXCEPT FOR DOG FOOD THAT WAS DISHED AS GRILLED CHICKEN, AND ROASTED VEGETABLES…..Handful of green leaves!!!MY WORST NIGHTMARE….NEVER EVER EVER TO BE REPEATED.THE GIRL WHO AT COUNTER WHO TOOL TGE ORDERS WAS MOST IN APPROXIMATELY DRESSED AND HAD WORST FAKE LIPS I HAVE WITNESSED IN PUBLIC.

Absolute rip off of a joint. They charge you $43 for a 6 pack of Great Northern can to take on the goat track of a course. There is better golf courses in Moree then this joint and for $200 a carton of northerns it would be cheaper to jump in the car and go to Newcastle an play

We were greeted at the restaurant by a lovely man who seated us at our table. The table was set and ready for us to order with menus placed on the table as well. Food was delicious, we were all very happy with our meals. The same lovely man came to our table and asked us how our meals were. The restaurant looked fresh with new tables and chairs with apparently, more improvements to come. We are returning next week.

The Nineteeth has picked it up.We did enjoy our experience.Lovely views on a gorgeous dayFood has improved again……tip…..the duck spring rolls are to die for.Lovely friendly service.I would prefer meals to be delivered to table rather than the buzzer but a minor issue and no doubt saves on staffing numbers in these Covid times.Good safe Covid check in and policies…felt safe and not crowded.
