Probably the worst expensive steak I have had for a while.When you come to restaurant that says they have some of the best steaks, it is disappointing to have a 45 Day Dry Aged that taste like a steak you can buy from the supermarket, it was almost like it was not aged at all.Cooked incorrectly the first time brought to the table, and even when they managed to warm it up a little it was like eating leather and not quality steak.Ordered a prime rib and had so much sinew running through the cut it was unbelievable.It was supposed to be cooked on a Open Flame Griller, the bread had more flavor than the meat.When you pay a lot of money you expect really amazing steaks.A very big disappointment.

What a shameVintaged at the Hilton is a beautifully laid out restaraunt. The atmosphere is great. The service is impeccable. The duck that my partner had was plentiful and tasty and the desert she had was delicious. I decided to have the 380 day grain fed 6+ Waygu at $125 for 300 gram. Plus, wait for it $4 for Bernadine sauce…. Seriously ?Make a long story short this was no $125 steak + $4 sauce. Nothing wrong with it, it was just an ordinary Waygu that you could buy at Coles, if they sold Waygu.The week previously I had the same steak at the Regetta for $89 and that was beyond delicious.As I say, what a shame.Do I need to go back……..probably not.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Overall the host and waiters were friendly but the quality of the food and cocktails did not live up to the expectation considering a 5-star hotel restaurant.The steak was chewy, couldn’t believe what we were eating and the mushroom sauce was bland. Personally, the temperature in a restaurant was a bit cold for dinner couldn’t feel its cozy or great atmosphere. Maybe it just happened to us today but can’t recommend it to anyone with this experience.

Mediocre service at best. Amazing presentation on the entrees. You eat with your eyes first and when a 96$ steak is served with just a lemon wedge and a small bone, you are left underwhelmed.
