So I had the big breakfast waffle, I can honestly say it was the best cooked breakfast I’ve had in a very long time !Generally in not a fan of waffles but it was decided as a group to go there, everything on the plate was excellent and I must add, I’ve a solid appetite and I was so full at completion.I totally recommend and no one at the table was unimpressed either.

BEST WAFFLES HANDS DOWN 😍✨ Honestly don’t mind waiting for them because they’re fluffy & the right texture. They’re pretty busy so be ready for the wait, however no regrets. Some awesome take on waffles! Your regular brunch style coffee shop with one item in common across the menu.. waffles! You find them the way you want it from the most savory with the works till the sweetest with icecream and lots of syrup! The waffle itself is great! Totally worth to pay a visit!

Best waffles I have ever tested. Presentable however the shop is busy even on a weekend so often have to wait in line until a table becomes available. Definitely recommends for a taste of waffles in cairns.

Without a doubt the best waffles I have ever had! Even better than Roscoe’s in the U.S.A.Had the classic waffles with bacon and poached eggs on the side and my mind was blown. Light fluffy waffles, real maple syrup, fresh bananas and strawberries and of course ice-cream. The bacon was crispy and the eggs cooked to perfection!My wife had the gluten free vegan waffles with mushrooms and scrambled eggs with avocado. She agrees it’s the best she ever had, and she is born in the US!Tastiest, lightest, fluffiest waffles ever! Oh, and they make great coffee…… What more can I say……. YUM!

Had the Strawberry Fields and Big Brekky, both were good but I felt like both of them were missing something to make them great.Rather than one cohesive dish with elements that work with each other, I felt like I was eating waffles with bacon and eggs on the side. Or waffles with a side of strawberry and ice cream.What would have made it amazing, is:- if the big brekky waffles had a homemade tomato relish to tie the savoury breakfast components with the sweet waffles.- if the strawberry fields waffles had a strawberry syrup or sauce (strawberries, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice) drizzled on top.Without those, these waffles just didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
