Had a great birthday dinner at 20/02/2022, most thanks to the waitress who served us: Barbara. She had a smile on her face and felt her enthusiasm and patience even with a mask on. The meals were all very good, unfortunately the pork ribs tasted too sweet for me. It‘s a little bit rich. And my friends say her T-bones was a little over cooked. Cocktails are great, I like my Tropical sunset so much. But generally speaking, it’s a restaurant worth visiting.

Lovely meal. Well cooked steaks. Lovely cocktails. Liked the seating outside. Bookings needed, saw a number of people turn up without bookings and were turned away. The only issue was staff asked if we wished to see the desert menu and we said we did but they didn’t return with the menu so we didn’t get to sample any desert.

Food was out of this world, the atmosphere was lively and inviting, the staff were super friendly.. had the perfect date night here with my partner! Would recommend stopping past this restaurant if you’re in the area, well worth the money. The cocktails are also a must! 😋

Join a group of friends for a meal inside Waterbar & Grill Steakhouse for 6pm on Tuesday 28/06/22. Excellent menu choice given by friendly staff & meals ordered with drinks, meals served within a reasonable time frame.Meals were delicious especially the large steaks & all cooked well.Busy atmosphere & plenty of seating either inside or outside.Reasonable menu prices.

Fancy place with difficult to find reservations. But food was average. Lamb ribs were just ok. Steak was better. Wine recommendation was good. The first waitress who came up to me was probably new and quite inexperienced. She had no clue on any menu questions or recommendations I was asking for. Eventually they sent someone who knew more who helped me pick a decent wine. Still given the price and reputation of the place I had expected a better experience.

Great food, service was prompt, meal sizes were slightly small despite the price. Would’ve appreciated a list of non – alcoholic drinks on their menu for family visits which they didn’t have. Tomato & Fetta bruschetta was amazing and we loved the sauce! We had high expectations for their menu Espetada which was really popular online, but we were disappointed with this one as the meat was rather tough and had small portions despite the price. Not sure if this was worth the $44 considering their quality and quantity. Crispy Skin Atlantic Salmon was good, they had an interesting sauce choice which we liked. Ribs were definitely the highlight – their pork ribs were delicious. Would recommend for the experience

Fantastic staff. The lady serving us was super polite and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. The food was fantastic and the vibes were unmatched. Not to mention this restaurant resides in a great location on the Cairns coastline.
