We went there on Boxing Day; even when it was busy, it didn’t take long for the food to serve at our table. The food was excellent.Kid’s bento was excellent with various finger foods to enjoy, especially the sweet fish cake and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will go back there again in the future.

Clean, polite, friendly service. There’s a touch screen at each table where you can order and watch the status of your food get updated while you wait. I ordered a sukiyaki teishoku for only a little more than the dining voucher. It was sweet and salty, maybe a little too much, but I enjoyed the little touches in the food which showed some thoughtfulness and care had gone into it. Also, for the price the portion was generous. I’d be open to coming back and trying some of their other dishes.

It’s nice and spacious restaurant. You ordered via the screen at your table. The food is similar to the Japanese version of the branch, but no free rice refill in case you’re expecting for one.Price is a little pricey but probably expected considering the location.

Lovely Japanese restaurant. Food and drink are delicious. Love the way they present the food in bento style. Service is quick and staffs are friendly. Will definitely come back to try more dishes.

One of the more affordable Japanese restaurants in Sydney CBD but the quality is good and taste authentic. Serving size is for their dishes is okay . Make sure you try their teishoku menu and you will not be disappointed. The set comes woth rice, miso soup and pickled veggies that makes it really feel and look like authentic teishoku. You also order using a tablet which makes it very convenient rather than calling the staff’s attention each time you want to add to your order. Location is on top of the Westfield shopping centre and therefore quieter and a great ambiance. Their kid’s udon was so good my daughter had 2 servings! The tables are also sectioned off that you get some sense of privacy and keep the kids under more control. ;-D

Very pleasant retreat in the middle of Westfield’s. The half Udon was just the right size to add some sides to share. The dumplings (pork gyoza) were pan fried to give a lovely crisp to the bottom. Edamame some if the best I have had for a while. Staff were eager to please, don’t have something just ask, I like my sashimi with soy and wasabi, asked for soy and had a sauce bowl minutes later. Chicken teriyaki was very well cooked, tiny bit of crunch and soft in middle, quite sweet.Highly recommended to stop here for lunch or dinner. Ordering at the table using the touch screen was convenient and love how it tells you as they cook and serve each item.

The touch screen didn’t work, so I called the waitress to get some assistance, the lady walked up to me and didn’t even talk to me, she just looked at me!! Didn’t say anything like “how may I help you!”It might be nice to try to build rapport to the customers, especially if they need help!Eventually, my friend got the screen to work, but the lady did not even acknowledge me!!We ordered dessert and sake. It was ok 👍
