Ordered 3 IQ burritos as vegetarian. Each was basically a black rice burrito with lettuce. Very little sauce or flavour. Not disgusting but not yummy. Worst vegetarian burrito I’ve tasted.Cauliflower burrito was better but not a lot. Also in terms of COVID safe. 3 of 5 of the service staff were not wearing masks over their face and nose. Only their mouth.

Burrito and bowl Mexican chain. There is heaps of potential in the restaurant before you rock up and line up for your order. The options and the variety, bowl or salad keep allow for a simple choice.Unfortunately this location misses on multiple fronts. We arrived with only 1 other party of 2 in front of us. Upon entry, the tables were not cleared, and there was no effort from the staff to clean it up.4 staff members were set up across the chain but the efficiency was lacking. 3 sitting and watching as 1 did a lot of the work. They had very limited options for drinks, not even water. The food wasn’t great. The soggy and cold meat needed a refresh. The chicken was soggy and theThe beef looked more like a stew.Very unimpressed, I hope it was an odd day for this location.

NEARLY SLIT MY THROAT (SEE PICTURES)Got the nachos but came with surprise razor blade which I bit into.Food was decent but not worth risking your life if I’m honest.

Worst attitude.Zambrero is my favourite place and I am regular till I was in Adelaide. Now that I have moved to Melbourne west with no outlets, I don’t miss any opportunity to visit whenever I can. I drove outside of our way to eat at the outlet but the attitude of staff was really bad. Firstly no black rice. I ordered vegetarian burrito but i am told that they cannot have normal veg on it as they are running low. Not even half spoon of avocado and sour cream was used. I was told they are low on onion and tomatoes. I was really disappointed. I will never visit again specially at that store.

I love the food here and it’s so fresh and delicious when it’s good buuuut I feel like maybe the staff don’t get enough training? Every time I order Menulog and get anything IQ they don’t add the right salsa, the double guac or the black rice. It’s always so inconsistent. I wouldn’t mind but it’s every time to the point I don’t bother anymore. I went in today and the burrito was so ridiculously small. Sometimes they’re huge. It’s just so inconsistent and a bit annoying when you’re paying the same price regardless of how much filling the staff decide they want to put in on any given day. Staff never seem very happy to be there either.

We ordered 2 burritos, nachos and quesadillas from the Albury store and it was nothing but slop, the most disgusting food we have ever tasted. We normally order from Mad Mex but thought we’d give Zambrero’s a go but won’t be making the horrible mistake twice 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Excellent place to stop for a pitstop between Sydney and Melbourne. Nic clean bathrooms. Friendly service. Tasy fresh food. Glad we stopped for food here.
