We asked for one regular and one big burrito and clarified it multiple times but the girl serving us didn’t seem to know that big was a size despite standing next to a sign saying that the big burrito was here to stay. She didn’t seem to listen to our order and didn’t try to clarify with us so we ended up with two regular burritos. I thought knowing the different sizes available would be the first thing you would learn.

Definitely not a quick feed. Food is nice. But the wait definitely isn’t. Waiting in line for 30+ mins to just order is less than ideal. 2 young staff just cannot keep up. Especially with 1 doing online orders while the other 1 deals with the line snaking out the door. Noticed a few people walk off before ordering so that’s $$ lost there.

i love zambreros so so much and the nowra shop is great! i know they are understaffed but my service has always been amazing!i also know that this shop doesn’t control their sizes or prices but a medium serve of nachos would be great!best burritos ever

I usually wouldn’t complain but I got lunch here and the girl with brunette hair wasn’t very polite, she put the girl behind me through the till first and forgot to put my sauce on after I told her what sauce I would like twice. She handed me my change and there was no have a good day or anything. I hope it doesn’t sound petty but I think she could make more of an effort to be kind. The burrito was still nice, so thank you.
